<div itemprop="description">Gustaw Jozef Zelek, 64, passed away on Thursday, November 10, 2016 at his home in Mississauga, Ontario. He was born on April 3, 1952 in Kamionka Mała, Poland to Jozef and Rozalia Zelek. <br> <br>Gustaw is survived by his spouse Stephanie; his three children David (Eva), Mark (Ashlee), and Linda (Ryan); his eight grandchildren Izabela, Luka, Nikolas, Jozef, Frederick, Eleanore, Ethan, and Alexander; and his loving nieces, nephews and a host of long-time friends. <br> <br>Gustaw was preceded in death by parents; his son Steven, and his grandson Theodore. <br> <br>A funeral service will be held at St. Maximilian Kolbe Catholic Church, 4260 Cawthra Road, Mississauga, Ontario at 1:00 PM on Thursday, November 17, 2016. A visitation will be held at Scott Funeral Home, 420 Dundas Street East, Mississauga, Ontario at 2:00 - 4:00 PM and 7:00 - 9:00 PM on Wednesday, November 16, 2016. Burial will follow the funeral at Park Lawn Cemetery. <br> <br>In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial donations be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada or to the charity of your choice in Gustaw’s name.</div>
